Soft strip, structural demolition, asbestos surveys arranged, site clearance and concrete crushing for homes and sites across Esher and Elmbridge. Fully insured, with a free written quote first.

Getting ready
-
Garages and outbuildings from before 2000 are assumed to hold asbestos until a survey says otherwise, and on a home commissioning that survey is our legal responsibility.
-
The council receives a Section 80 notice, and we start once it replies or six weeks pass.
-
Party wall notices go to the neighbours and a photographic schedule of condition is made beforehand.
-
Utilities capped and certified by gas, water, electricity and telecoms providers ahead of any machine.

The take-down
-
Fixtures, timber, metal and glass are recovered during the strip out, which is why they go to recycling and not a skip.
-
A structure comes down to a planned order with propping where designed, never by shoving it and hoping.
-
By hand wherever plant has no access, or where it would endanger the boundary.
-
Dust suppression running and the road kept clean for the whole of the job.

Clearance and fill
-
Given room on the plot, concrete and brick are crushed there and go straight back in as fill, saving lorry journeys both ways.
-
You keep the transfer notes for everything else, which goes out segregated on licensed carriers.
-
Asbestos is a licensed contractor's job alone, with clearance certificates before anything else happens.
-
Left level, left safe, fenced or hoarded to whatever was agreed, ready for the next stage.
