Anything built before 2000 is assumed to contain asbestos until a survey proves otherwise, and commissioning that survey is our job on a home, so it comes up at quote stage.

Six weeks before a machine arrives the Section 80 notice is with the council, and the period is sat out properly.

Neighbours get their party wall notices, and a photographic schedule of condition is taken first.

Gas, water, electricity and telecoms disconnected and certified by the providers before demolition starts.
Bringing it down
