Nika Construction Limited is a building and groundworks contractor based in Guildford. We take on the whole job, from the ground up: excavation, foundations and drainage, through to the brickwork, roofing, patios and driveways that people actually see.

We Offer a Range of Services Tailored to Your Needs
GROUNDWORKS
Site clearance, excavation, foundations, footings, drainage runs and hardstanding. We check what is under your ground before we price it, so the quote you get is the one you pay.
PATIOS
Natural stone, porcelain and block paving, laid on a properly dug and compacted base. Full mortar bed, crisp joints and falls that drain, so it still looks right in ten years.
DRIVEWAYS
Block paving, resin bound, tarmac and gravel. Excavation, sub-base, edgings and drainage all included, and we will tell you if you need a dropped kerb before you commit.
BRICKWORK & STONEWORK
Garden walls, piers, extensions, repointing and heritage stone repair. Level courses, matched mortar and clean joints, cut and finished by hand where the job calls for it.
DRAINAGE INSTALL
Foul and surface water drainage, soakaways, land drains, gullies and channels. On heavy clay a soakaway will not work, and we will say so rather than sell you one anyway.
DEMOLITION
Garages, outbuildings, walls, chimney breasts and complete structures. Taken down safely, with dust and noise kept down and every load carted away and disposed of properly.
GENERAL BUILDING
Extensions, garage conversions, structural alterations and full refurbishments. One team from footings to finish, working to a clear programme and a fixed written price.
ROOFING
New roofs, re-roofs, tiling, slating, flat roof systems, fascias, soffits and guttering. Leaks traced back to the cause and fixed properly, rather than simply patched over.
LANDSCAPING
Turfing, planting, fencing, decking, sleeper beds, steps and paths. We design it, build it and clear up after ourselves, so you end up with a garden, not a building site.
